WHAT IS A SENIOR ROLEMODEL?

A Senior roleMODEL (also known as Senior Ambassador or spokesmodel) is a senior in high school who represents my brand and is the face of my business for the length of their senior year of high school. You will be a Senior Rep from the time of acceptance into the program until you graduate. A Senior roleMODEL will refer business to Kathleen Trace Photography throughout their senior year. In return, each team member receives perks including extra photoshoots, gifts, and more.

How do I apply and who is eligible?

To apply for the program, you must be a current junior in a Virginia Beach or Chesapeake high school. I am looking for girls and guys who radiate warmth and vibrancy. The ideal roleMODEL is involved in extracurricular activities, enjoys being outdoors, and values the power of photography to capture invaluable memories. Apply TODAY because applications close SOON!

What do I pay?

There are no hidden fees for participating as a roleMODEL. You are only required to book your senior session with Kathleen Trace Photography and pay the standard senior session fee ($375). You will be required to pay a $165 deposit upon signing the roleMODEL contract and the remaining $165 one week before your first shoot. This is the only fee you will ever be asked to pay unless you purchase prints and/or albums, which are sold separately.

Am I accepted, how will I know?

Decisions will be made by May 15, 2024 or sooner. I will contact your parents first upon selecting you as a candidate to verify your ability to participate in the program. Once I have spoken to your parents and confirmed your ability to participate, I will then contact you and welcome you into the program.

What do I receive for participating?

As a roleMODEL, you will have the opportunity to meet the team at a late spring meet and greet where you get to know each other and learn about posing and fashion. You will get to participate in mini-shoots (at least one in late spring or summer of 2024 and a cap and gown shoot in the spring of 2025), a group-styled shoot (summer of 2024), and an individualized personal senior session (summer of 2024). All for the same price that everyone else pays for just their senior photoshoot. I know, pretty awesome, right!?

Not only that, but you’ll also receive money back each time you refer someone to my business, and that referral results in a booked photoshoot. Twenty-five dollars back if the person you refer books a full senior experience and $15 back if your referral books a mini-session.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Ok I hear you! You are thinking “Kathleen this all sounds great, but what do I have to do to be part of this program.” Well I have wonderful news. There aren’t too many requirements to be a part of the team. I only have six requirements to follow:

1. You ONLY pay the senior session fee price ($375). Yes, that is right! You will receive all high-resolution digital images from all of the sessions we do for that price only.

   • The fee includes all of the perks received for participation in the program. This is exclusive to my senior reps only. This fee does not include prints, albums, etc.

2. Posting to Facebook and Instagram. In these posts, you will need to tag Kathleen Trace Photography as well as use the following hashtags: #kathleentracephotography, #KTraceseniorexperience, #KTraceroleMODEL, #KTracesenior, and #Tracesenior2025.

3. If you are happy with your experience, and I sure hope you are, please refer family and friends for sessions. There is no minimum requirement for the amount of referrals.

4. Must make every attempt to attend the meet and greet, mini sessions, and styled shoot.
